Service Description

Skype Visit: A series of home-skype or phone follow up visits during the transition, Mothers are guided through childcare decisions, time management concerns, pumping breast milk, and sleep issues. We will focus on practical problem solving as well as meditation techniques for patience and sanity. One-hour Skype consults are available for all parenting/ breastfeeding issues except those requiring full assessment.
