My fees are due at the time of service (unless you're an Aetna subscriber- then you have no out-of-pocket cost other than travel fee if applicable). You can pay via cash, check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. At the end of the visit I provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement for my services; unfortunately I can't guarantee that they'll do so. I do not offer refunds for services rendered for any reason.
